A great coach is a partner who will help you achieve your dreams.  This happens by asking the right questions, holding you accountable and pushing you further than you would push yourself.  I bring to my clients a combination of coaching skills and my experiences in the business world and on the sports field.  I share my experience as a seasoned business professional and combine it with the dedication and discipline I developed as collegiate All-American student and athlete and NCAA Woman of the Year, and the resilience of being a breast cancer survivor committed to living fully.

I have been coaching full-time for more than a decade. I specialize in Executive Leadership Development, Leadership Team Development, and Career Transition Coaching. I have worked with large global firms in High Technology, Financial Services, Consumer Products, Biotechnology, Professional Services and the Non-Profit sector, as well as start-up companies ranging in size from 30-1000+. I have also led workshops for top business students across the country with audiences ranging from 50 to 600.
